For our in store shoppers....
If you are a local shopper, please bring your purchase to the shop for exchange within 60 days. Once returned and approved, you will be given an in store credit for the purchase item(s) amount. Your in store credit will be spendable that day or you will be given a gift card usable at a later date or on line.
On line shoppers....
If you would like to return an online purchase please contact us within 60 days from receiving your order. You will be ask to ship the item(s) back to our shop at Living Simply Soap, 112 E. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once received and approved you will be emailed a discount code for the cost of the item(s) which can be used during check out on your next purchase.
Were you give a gift.....
If you were given a gift of our products and it isn't quite right for you, please contact us right away. We will be happy to exchange it for products of equal value or give you a gift card for the value of those items which can be used at a later date or on line.
